Essential Criteria:
Qualifications and Experience:
Level 2 Care Certificate (or equivalent).
A minimum of 1 year’s experience in UK domiciliary or residential care.
Skills and Attributes:
Experience with moving and handling.
Familiarity with smartphone apps and Microsoft Office.
Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a positive attitude.
A willingness to work with clients’ pets, such as dogs.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work independently with remote supervision from care managers.
Willingness to collaborate flexibly within a team of support and care workers.
Own car (desirable).
