Essential Criteria:

  • Qualifications and Experience:

    • Level 2 Care Certificate (or equivalent).

    • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in UK domiciliary or residential care.

  • Skills and Attributes:

    • Experience with moving and handling.

    • Familiarity with smartphone apps and Microsoft Office.

    • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a positive attitude.

    • A willingness to work with clients’ pets, such as dogs.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Ability to work independently with remote supervision from care managers.

    • Willingness to collaborate flexibly within a team of support and care workers.

    • Own car (desirable).
