At Kayden Care, we ensure our carers are thoroughly trained to deliver compassionate, professional support to all our clients. Every member of our team  participates in comprehensive ongoing training through our structured development programmes.

This training includes both mandatory external and in-house sessions that cover essential Care Certificate Standards, forming the foundation of the skills, knowledge, and behaviours expected of our care staff.

We further tailor training with specialised modules based on specific client needs.

Additionally, we are proud to partner with St. Christopher’s Hospice, providing staff access to advanced programmes in end-of-life and palliative care enabling our carers to provide exceptional care during the most sensitive and challenging times.

To support professional growth we support our staff in pursuing further qualifications and specialisms, allowing them to advance their careers and enhancing the range and quality of care we offer.

Our carers are fully trained on their legal responsibilities, including:

  • Duty of Care to clients

  • Obligations under the GDPR ( General Data Protection Regulation)

  • Understanding and applying the Mental Capacity Act
