How We Work

At Kayden Care, we specialise in providing bespoke, empathetic care tailored to each individual’s needs.  We understand that continuity, and familiarity are essential to our clients’ and families’ peace of mind. Unlike many other care providers who rely on unregulated and unregistered staff and impersonal shifts, we believe in building lasting, trusting relationships and companionship. That’s why we assign a small, consistent team of carers to each client, ensuring they are always supported by individuals who know them well and understand their unique needs.

We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission ( CQC) Our care teams are fully employed, valued members of the Kayden Care team. Every carer is extensively trained in First Aid, personal care provision for the elderly and disabled adults and children , medication administration, and food hygiene etc ( for more details please see our carers and training page) They are supervised by Dr Rachel White and Dr Neerajana Dhatariya.

All carers are DBS-checked, fully insured, and committed to delivering the highest standards of care. What sets Kayden Care apart from other domiciliary care providers is our investment in our carers' well-being and development.  We invest in their success by offering:

  • continuous professional development and training

  • cutting-edge IT support to enhance their work

  • comprehensive package of employee wellbeing services

  • company pensions, generous bonuses, and career development opportunities

We are accredited by the Living Wage Foundation and believe that by offering our staff secure, valued and rewarding careers with salary progression - rather than zero-hours contracts - we incentivise them to provide the best care possible consistently.

At Kayden Care, we know that, happy, well-supported carers are better equipped to provide the exceptional, compassionate care our clients deserve. By investing in our team, we empower them to help our clients live their best lives with dignity, comfort, and confidence.
